incorrect order

the service was first of all not good at all, we had to ask for the order to be taken out with one person serving at the till, when asking for the order after 3 people who bought before us walked away with their meals before us, we were told that they had not seen the receipt for the order (as they giggled away). having to be back at work at 2pm and getting the order at 2.05 I get to work only to find that my order was incorrect, I was given a McChicken instead of the grand spicy that I ordered. so I was late at work due to bad service and to top it up I got the incorrect order. and yes I had to eat it because I had no choice and could not go back there. I am very disappointed at the service received and will never be visiting that store again. the chicken itself was even burnt, and worst of all the receipt was not given back to us.
