Incorrect meals received

I went to McDonald's at Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain. The place was not that full but people were waiting for 30minutes or more while the burgers etc were mainly just laying under the lights in plain sight of everyone. I personally placed my order at 19:22 and only got my order at 19:56. I proceeded to leave the shop as people were pushing up on me. I took the food home and when I opened it I saw that it was just the normal McFeast and I orderd 2 Spicy McFeasts. The other major issue I had was that I ordered 2 "2 for R25" meals and I received 2 burgers and chips instead of 4 burgers and chips like it should have been.

I don't know what kind of people they are employing but they seem to not have a proper system in place and they do not check the orders properly.

I would like this to be corrected as I had to get something else for the other two kids to eat due to the lack of burgers that I should have received and it is not good that you get the McFeast orders wrong too. We expected one thing and got something we did not want.

Please sort this out.
