Incorrect late order

I ordered through the app, received my order 30min later than estimated time, received my food ice cold and order incorrect I ordered a happy meal and only received 4nuggets then without the cold drink and the chips. Ordered a med sprite and received a coke. Online app is not cutting it! Not the first time i get my order wrong
