incorrect items delivered twice

i have ordered twice from McDonalds lambton via the MrD app and i received 1. the wrong type of burger and 2. the wrong size , i ordered large but received small

now i have to physically be in the shop to make sure i get the right type and quantity as ordered which is a big inconvenience , whats the point of having online ordering platforms and still end up having to go to the store
