Incorrect food delivered

I ordered food from Mc Donalds woodmead via Mr delivery, Coldrink without ice and my burger and foldover without tomato and when the food got delivered the colddrink has ice and the burger and foldover have tomato. why must i specify how i want food and it doe snot come as i wanted them to. This is not first time that this is even happening.

I am never ordering from them again.
