Incorrect delivery

I placed an order for a regular chilli cheese McFlavour fries on Saturday (along with some burgers, etc.) and received regular chips! When I phoned them, they told me they were out of stock but the app shows nothing. Needless to say I was super irritated because if I wanted regular chips I would have ordered it! McDonald's is my children's favorite take-aways and I very often support them by placing my orders with them. But it looks like they don't care for their customers that much. Sad.
