Inconsistent Menu in Branches or dishonesty!

<p>On 17th June 2016, 17:38:32 went to McDonalds Woodmead to buy the Boerie burger meal for R20, and was served by id 50- Meyisi B(from the reciept). When I got my meal it was just a burger and I thought she didnt hear me properly but the lady serving me my meal told me that McDonald doesnt have the R20 BBQ/Boerie/Chicken meals anymore it was a special, now you can only get the burger for R20, and there was gentleman who looked like he was the manager behind and he also backed her up. I told them that it was not what I asked for and they insisted that they cant give me what I want as it is not on the menu anymore. I asked since when as I had bought the meal else where earlier during the week, I believe their response was Wednesday. Seeing as I was in a hurry(only had R20 with the expectation that I would be getting a decent meal at McDonals) and hungry I let it go, but kept the reciept. I certainly didnt enjoy the meal, as I had nothing to wash the burger down with or no fries, which is the main reason I went to McDonald, I beleieved I would be getting value for my money as usual!</p> <p>Today I just bought the Boerie burger meal(including small fries and cold drink) for R20 in Midrand, No problems they dont know anything about what I was told in Woodmead.</p> <p>McDonal Woodmead: Its either they didnt want to do the admin of taking back the burger or giving other options or McDonald's branches can decided which meal to add and remove but I believe they didnt want me to inconvience them!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not pleased at all!</p>
