INCONCLUSIVE BUSSINESS HOURS

I am so disappointed at Mcdonald's Mitchells Plain Promenade 24 hour branch I just cant believe it. I sent an email to customer service last night to enquire whether their drive through in promenade is open. as a colleaugue told me they are. I checked on the internet and found they are open 07h00 to 22h00 or 23h00. when I went there this morning I found you couldn't enter as there were plastic containers in the drive way preventing you from entering. I saw all the lights were on as well as a security guard at the door indicating to me that they were open for business. but to my utter disappointment another security told me they only open at 08h15. and I was so disappointed that I couldn't believe it. I have waited 10 weeks to get my cappuccino fix on my way to work only to be extremely disappointed again. how can you advertise one set of business hours but operate on another set of hours. Mcdonalds you are confusing me with your different time frames. because I made sure I left home before 07h00 so that I can be on time at the drive through. who makes your operational decisions because clearly somethings wrong.
