Incomplete Orders

yet again my order incomplete. (shortage on chips) Now I could understand it if this happend once, maybe twice. But 3 times in arrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE. When you phone them their rude attitude with - you should have check your order before leaving, not our responsibility. I mean really come on !!!!
