Incomplete meals

Bought 3 SA BREAKFAST at Montclair on order number 1862 & 1964. My orders came with no chips. I tried calling the call centre several times to complain this morning but the number does not exist. Later today I go back to the store to complain but the rude manager is offering me the chips now. My kids are gone to school with their lunch and the day is over. What must I do with the chips now? Coincidentally another customer was also there to complain as well. I need to be compensated as this is wrong to me as a paying customer
