Incomplete Food Product

At 18:12:41 on 17/09/2023 we went to the McDonald's branch by Somerset Mall in Somerset West. I ordered 2x 2 Regular Cheese Burger meals and the total came to R123.00. All 4x burgers were made incomplete. The gherkin and chopped onion relish were missing. All that was on was Tomato sauce, cheese and a beef patty. For YEARS this burger has been made correctly. On this day which wasn't busy at all we got very disappointed and it's not like it was a cheap meal too. Now we don't trust that McDonald's will deliver the same standard as before. Should we ever order again, we will have to unwrap the burgers and check EACH one to make sure we get what we ordered.
