Incomplete drive through orders

For the 2nd time, McDonalds Rivonia did not not place everything we ordered in our bag. My husband even asked the lady that helped if everything is in and she said yes without even double checking or caring. My order number is 1865 and the payment was made at 8:11.

It cost us more in time and fuel to go back for what was not packed - I suppose it makes no difference to the McDonalds employees at this branch as long as they get their wage/salary.

Please spend more money on customer service training. Else ask everyone to check their orders before they leave because your staff at this branch are most ***********.
