***********, useless, amateurish Cashier

On 21.07.2015 at 18:29 we placed an order at Mcdonalds East Rand Value Mall in Boksburg and I was astonished to say the least about the service we received. I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all and when placing the order I had to repeat the order 4 times to Kuhne that was the cashier assisting. After waiting 20 minutes for our order I went to Kuhne and cancelled the order because off his attitude number 1 and also the pure fact that I had to wait 20 minutes for a 2 line order that still at this time was not ready. Kuhne`s response to me wanting my refund was horrifying to say the least, he burst out laughing when I told him that I want a refund. This is in my eyes completely unacceptable. I then demanded to speak to Manger who assisted me in a refund. I asked for the owner of that specific franchise and I was given a number - ***. I then phoned numerous times with no answer, I then received a Please Call Me about an hour after the incident. What type of owner sends a please call me to a customer? If this is the type of Service the McDonalds offers I will not support them at all anymore and also spread the message as far as I go.
