Poor customer service from Kate in Jabulaniall imagine she sas voetsek to us.She is very *********** and she doesn't have respect for customers one of the staff members ask her nicely to go to the back because she was arguing with th .It was time for her to knock off as she took her back she then went to KFC next door as she saw us she kept on calling us with names and then rep**** to her and she needs to change how she do things as we are the reason she is there she said we must go to hell shouting Infront of other customers.In her uniform and red socks not looking professional.This is one of the reason we value staff from the North as they are professional.
