Im am so f*#king ****ed. order food from mcdonalds and they consistently give the wrong order and i have had enough. i consistently spend over R1000 rand a month on mcdonalds and everytime i order they get something wrong. I ordered from mcdonalds in the phoenix plaza and my order number is dfd***5. i order a mcfeast deluxe spicy and the rocket scientists behind the counter keep sending a bbq. this time i cant handle the incompetence and when called the manager Ngobo and ask for a full refund or replace my entire meal cos i dont want to sit and eat alone. he sends me a spicy burger. he calls me and says its on his way. i tell him that i dont want it if its not the entire meal and i want a refund. he tells me he cant give a refund because i didnt pay him. what bull **** is that. Mcdonalds can forget any further business from me. my money will be appreciated somewhere else. The least they could do after taking my money all these years is send their useless staff for training.
