i visit mcdonalds in kimberley on the 11 January 2018 at about 5 in the afternoon where i bought 3 mc meals,which was all grill orders as i am an ex employee .My surprise was there was 3 of us and the cashier dimokatso placed the order on 1 tray,where i asked her why does she asume we will ate from one tray,her reply was that is the rule. Than her shift manager came and insulted me with accusations as to i spoke to her like a dog,of which is the other way around,we are 3 adults being marginalised to eat from one tray.The shift manager has obvious no training on customer care and conflict resolution,as we had this heated argument infront of other customers who was bemused with him as well.He was adament to waste 3 medium meals instead of providing 3trays which does not cost money or at to wastage.It was my wifes birthday and that was the worse of services that i have ever endured as a client. If i have to come across people like that at mcdonalds in kimberley,i will be damn,as people like kgosi dont know what it mean to welcome people at mcdonalds it will just get worse!I want action to be taken to resolve this matter
