I had placed an online order for delivery last month. Over 2 hours later - my order never arrived. The store in charge of my order never answered, and after numerous tries I was eventually able to get a hold of the call center. Only to be told that they missed my order and hadn't even started preparing. I had sent an email to the Mcdonald's customer service and until date have not received a response. Very disappointing service. I buy Mcdonald's quite often, and this had really changed my mind about them!
