For thereal year 2018, McDonald's Southgate has been by far the worst service received. This entire year, every single time I have been to that drive through they have gotten my meal incorrect, every single time without fail. I never get what I ordered from that McD & I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but 12 months of incompetence is a long time for such a service. Yesterday the same thing happened AGAIN. I get annoyed because it's the closest McDonald's to my house but I have had an appalling years experience with them this year & I'm a frequent customer there.
