On the 17/04/2018 at 17:55 the Shift manager at the Richards Bay branch refused to allow me to redeem my vouchers from the app on my phone. She kept interrupting me and stating that my vouchers had expired. Extremely rude and ***********. Her behaviour was terrible for a manager. She needs to be taught manners. Even the staff was astonished by her behaviour.
