Incompetency

Such a pathetic service the Pretoria North Macdonald branch gave us. We did get a chance to buy after waiting for an hour on their drive through. They put the security guard to cut the queue which we were the last car on the queue which the security guy had to monitor, after queuing for an hour they decided to close their windows for taking our order. Such a waist of time, they should communicate to their customers and stop acting like they are doing us a favor
