Incompetence, Rudeness and a waste of money

I am so tired of the service delivery in this country… or lack there of. I ordered food from McDonalds and got the wrong order for the umpteenth time. As it is, I will never order from McDonalds Waverley again because they just can’t get it right and couldn’t care less. I am adding McDonalds Gateway Pretoria to that list. What is the point of ordering online, if you get the wrong order anyway??? Is it that hard to get it right when you have it printed out on black and white in front of you??? Then you still want to fight with the customer on the phone and accuse them of lying about getting the wrong order??? I have probably flushed hundreds of Rands down the drain on orders that have been wrong and incomplete because of utter incompetence and employees not giving a damn!!! The customer is always right??? What a joke! Not is this country!!!
