INCOMPETENCE ON ANOTHER LEVEL.

So I was trying to place an order online on McDelivery, my account wS debited, transaction shows on my statement but no confirmation of order was sent with a track number. Customer service consultant calls me telling me he can see the money was debited but can't do refund, I say fine but then place my order at the store, he says no he can't money will only be refunded within 5-7 working days the finance person knocks off at 2pm. It's now 11:57 am..... it's not my fault your system is ***********, I've requested his manager to call me back, he says I'm working from home so my manager is not with me, I say then ask them to call me in the next 5 min. I'm told it depends whether the manager can call me back or not. Mcdonalds I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed
