Incompetence

Today the 29th July at 14:20pm I went to McDonald’s the reef mall to buy 2 regular meals big Mac and 1 medium meal …with 3 coned ice creams , the lady that was assisting me Boitumelo Moremane as per the receipt I received gave me wrong order while working on that after she “resolved” the matter she didn’t put in my take away the ice creams bought…I had to drive back to the restaurant to get them …when I get there the ice creams where not even included but I had paid for them.

Now I get home to open the order she claimed to have “solved” after doing two payments because she has made a mistake, I open my order to find that there is 3regular meals instead of 2 and 1 medium meal.

I can’t drive back to the restaurant again with someone’s incompetence, I then take an initiative to call the restaurant on both numbers provided on the slip but one number is invalid and the other line gets answered and disconnects …

I am so unhappy as I paid more on double transactions then still I get the wrong things..I need my extra money that I paid for the medium meal which I didn’t get…my contact number ***
