Incompetence

Horrible customer service needs to improve drastically. I literally ordered a Big Tastey and got a wrong order. Oh before When placing the order the assistant kept asking single or double and I kept reiterating double and then they swapped with another assistant but got my order wrong they gave me a Big Mac, lucky I saw it before I left but didn’t check if it was single or double and I got a single and catchup. Also they only had two soft drinks a Coke Zero and a Fanta orange.
