Hi there. I am absolutely disgusted with the McDs on Great North road. I have downloaded the app on my phone and from time to time they have specials and promotions, many times I redeemed 2 or three of the specials / promotions at once with no problems. On Sunday I worked out the price on 2 promotions as we are currently going through some hardships and have to work wisely (it would have been enough to feed myself, my father and my daughter). Went to McDs redeemed a burger for my father, paid for it and when I wanted to redeem the second promo for myself and my daughter they refused to help me, as result Myself and my daughter could not eat, and my daughter burst out in tears and then I wont even mention the fact that I basically wasted my petrol for nothing. We got home, I gave my father is burger (quarter pounder) which was soggy and broken in pieces. I really really hope they rectify this or I will be taking this further.
