Incompetence

I'm not happy with the service at Macdonald's Protea Glen Mall. Always making drive thru customers to wait at parking for the food and when I say always I mean always. Just today we had to wait for more than 15 minutes for a small packet of fries. Why have a drive thru that's gonna make customers wait that long
