I am absolutely annoyed by this outlet. This is the second time they deliver my order late without any update or apology. The first time I ordered nuggets via the Mr D app and it took almost over an hour to deliver. Today I ordered breakfast, they changed the ETA twice and was still late, with no update nor apology. Moreover, they don't pick up the phone when I called. I had to call Mr D to assist but they could only do so much since they did their part of updating me. The first is forgivable but the second time, same behaviour? No way, you have to improve. I cannot be waiting for over an hour Whereas the ETA says something different. Answer your phones and at least put us at ease.
