Im utterly disgusted in the service

I placed an order online expecting a delivery within 30-45 minute latest. I waited for two hours when I decided to pick up my phone and google the landline number for mcdonalds Roodepoort. then a lady whose name is Annele answered the phone. she explained that they don't have bikes. What happened to good customer service could she not call me and tell me that the will be a delay or no delivery at all. instead she tells me that she called the call center. I'm so disappointed in the service I received from McDonalds Roodepoort<br> my order no was /is ***
