I'm so irritated with the service at McDonald's Savanna mall, went there on Monday and they forgot to give me regular chips and I called them they said I must return and they will give a free regular meal, okay no problem I return on Thursday mind you I traveled 50Km for this, when I got the “big manager” said the couldn't give me a meal but instead only chips, I had no problem with that my problem is how the stuff made me feel, they firstly didn't check with the person who offered me a “free meal” instead of “regular chips” as they claimed that the person who I spoke to on the phone was not there and there were not obligated to give me. Me and my children really love Mcdonald it's our usually our Friday but after what happened I doubt I will be showing face at any Mcdonalds solely because those employees gaslighted me into looking like a lier
