I’m really disappointed in the Pinetown and Montclair McDonald branches

I’m really disappointed in the Pinetown and Montclair McDonald branches. The morning of the 25th of November I ordered a happy meal for my child at the Pinetown outlet, however no proper packaging for the kids and no juice received. 26th November before 2am at the Montclair branch, I went on the drive thru and had to wait for 10 minutes in the queue, when there was only one car in front of me and 2 behind. I ordered the Nazo double cheeseburger, but got a spicy beef burger. When I get home I realise that my order was incorrect. After a long evening at work I was really hoping to enjoy my meal, but not I have to deal with what will be the cause of my stomach ulcers… This is really disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
