I'm done with McD's

I'm not one to complain after one or two issues as I understand that people sometimes have bad days. But this is becoming a recurring issue specifically from McDonald's Parow (opposite Parow Center).

This is the 3rd time now that I order something and they get the order completely wrong. I don't know if its a training issue, an issue with their systems or what, but how come McDonald's can't get a simple order right but Burger King can?
