The worst shop ever around 18h30 I decided to spoil my sister since she's not feeling well and the kids and order takeaways at McDonald's Ellis park via Uber eats and paid R303 for my sharebox meal and a happy meal for my youngest daughter we kept track of the order and was in contact than the first driver decided to cancel the order and was accepted by the other one only for my order to dissapear on the way and marked as delivered we tried to contact McDonald's Ellis park but they were not answering the phones I had to request an Uber to go there that's me spending more money again when we reached there we spoke to the manager by the name of Mercy who was not helpful and didn't even care who told us straight that she can't help us because the order was out we must go to the UberEATS company and she had a nerve to tell us that they are used to the orders being ****** especially sharebox meals to say I'm disgusted by her approach will be an understatement let's boycott McDonald's Ellis park
