******** and old food

On 10-04-2022, I ordered in from McDonald's Dr Pixley Durban around 18:30 in the evening. It was a chicken salad and Mcflurry. Disappointed is an understatement of what I got. They sent me about 6 chicken strips with lettuce only. I mean there were no tomatoes, no pepper, no onions, no cucumber no carrots nothing, just the lettuce. I wrote to them on FB and they responded and opened a case that was taken over by the manager at that restaurant who called and then had the nerve to tell me they are only responsible for adding tomatoe as everything else comes prepacked. I mean don't you check the food before giving it to a customer, even the tomato which she said they added was not even in there, which means they didn't even check what they sent to me. the lettuce looked a bit old, i sent them pictures and a video as well of how the order came. The lady said they can offer me a replacement, however, I told her I am at work at the moment, we literally didn't finish our conversation and I received an SMS that the case was resolved. The case was never resolved, the lady was arrogant and didn't even want to hear what I was saying but was too quick to send SMSes saying the case was resolved. I wrote back to them and it's been over 5 days with no response.
