Ignorance to the customer

On the 08/10/2023 around 5:20 in the morning I went to McDonald’s in Mokopane to buy breakfast (Boerie and hash brown stack with a cappuccino) so the lady who assisted me gave me a coffee with a lid that was not properly closed,I tried to close it but the whole container turned and burnt my thighs. I went to report it to the store but up to today no action was taken,I tried calling head office and I was directed to customer care where they told me they will report an incident to safety and security but up to today there was nothing done about it.I am left with trauma and scars and there is nothing I can do because my case is being ignored.
