If there was a 0 rating I’d choose 0

I ordered at 9:30am it is now 10:45 and I have still not received my order! On the app is says that my order has been delivered but I have received nothing, I have been waiting outside my house even. Poor service to say the least! I can’t even contact a branch nearest to me the numbers I found on google just go to voicemail. I’d give them a 0 rating if there was that option!
