If its not there just say it and not waste time.

I bought a meal with a sunday and I waited for it whilst I was late and I asked Yolanda to cancel it and give me my money but she asked me to wait again so that they can try it again, they did and they failed after I told Yolanda to bring my money since I was late she then told me that she is waiting for the manager to cum cancel it and that the manager is refusing, I then had to go without my money or that Sunday since I was late.
