Iced Latte Disaster

May you kindly teach your start at McDonald's (McCafe) Wonderpark crossing how to make an iced latte. The three times that I have been there the staff seemed pretty clueless. The most recent order i received a cup of milk with a hint of coffee flavor. This is very unprofessional or alternatively just remove the item from the menu
