ICE OR NO ICE

I went to the Eikestad mall Mcdonalds, bought a foldover meal and in this freezing cold weather they put ice on my drink then I asked if I can get drink with no Ice, the teller told me its too late you should've told me that before I punched in the payment and I asked what do I do to get 1 with no ice?
