Ice Ice Baby!!!!

I am now fed up for them not having an ice machine at all. And please dont try to dfend this by trying to say that the ice machine broke recently, because it will be another lie!!! This is ongoing now for 2 years, on and off, and I should know, because I already had a verbal complaint and a verbal exchangeof words with the manager/ owner (or the son of the owner). His excuse was that the machine will be repaired. But still I do not get ice with any of my drinks. Agoin, I know as my children eat McDonalds at least once a week. I refuse to support them though, and only because of the ice issue. Tonight against my good mind I wanted to buy the new passion fruit drink, and was told it will be without ice, my word???? Please intervene here, as the owner is arrogant and just refuse to spend money to repair the ice machine. I wish someoe can get this right now
