ice cream out of stock for 3 months

Ive been to Mc Donalds several times to buy ice-cream and everytime i get the same response that there is no ice- cream and this has been going on for months now. As a regular Mc Donalds customer i feel this is unacceptable because there should be some kind of communication to us saying that they no longer have ice-cream in stock or its out of stock.unsatisfied customer....
