Ice cream OFF??

The branch in Florida North, Gordon road is pathetic.

We stood waiting for an order that was processed via their electronic system, for more than half an hour. The restaurant was not busy at all. After waiting...we were called to the counter to be informed that the ice cream for an Oreo McFlurry was off. Yes, that was their words. OFF? So we were given a milkshake instead as the waiter decided so. No refund! A Milkshake! We complained and was just greeted by another waiter who shrugged her shoulders and left us with the milkshake. I will never go there again.
