I would like to review McDonald's goodwood Cape Town

I would like to review McDonald's goodwood Cape Town. We were sent to the 3rd collection windows, the lady asked for. Our slip after a while of waiting. Then she came back after about 10min only with our food and no drinks. Then we waited for our drinks. She forgot again. My husband got out of the car to remind her, she asked for our slip and couldn't remember she already took it from us. Then she went back inside and came back after 5min to ask us again if she didn't give us drinks. Then we gave the food back to her, went to park, went inside and asked her to finish the order. She came back with drinks and no food this time... what a terrible experience!!
