I would like to complain about McDonald's Rosebank

I would like to complain about McDonald's Rosebank. While in Pretoria at Willows I always had the most amazing chips, in Rosebank they are always terrible. It's like they are old and reheated, just terrible. Because this is continuing for quite a while now I would like to let them know. Thanks
