I was told by the staff to order because I was at the shop for more than 10minutes

So this morning I was at Mc Donald the Pinetown branch the one that is located at the corner of Crompton Street and Josiah Gumede Old Main Road.

Iam a regular customer there of so many years so I decided to pop in there before church as I was waiting for my daughter, we were going to grab a quick breakfast and guess what I got a big surprise which is also a massive disappointment.

As the lady by the name of Londi who works there she came to me and gave me an instruction to order something because I have been there for over 10 minutes,wow .

I was going to order as I alway do my kids love Mc Donald’s too bits due to that I did not buy anything I literally stepped out and I will never ever set my foot to that Mc Donald's.

Londi the lady who demanding me to order she said the instruction is coming from the store manager and His name is Musa .

Mc Donald’s is that how you train your staff to treat your customers? If so that’s mean you will loose number of customers
