I was at McDonald's ...

I was at McDonald's on the 20th and my order was mixed up.. I called the store they never answered.. I sent email to head office and tried calling no answer.. My main problem was i was at a drive thru to get my order it took more than an hour.. Only to get the wrong order even when i gave the person serving me at the window my slip to check what i ordered
