I want my refund from McDonald's food restaurant

I had an incident at Spin street in Capetown on July 2022 ,where I bought a breakfast meal ,while was busy eating last fries in the chips the was something small steel which chipped my tooth I reported to the Manager ,I ran quickly to the dentist because piece of my tooth was broken I paid with my credit card I went back to the manager I gave her a till slip for food plus doctors receipts of the amount I paid I keep calling asking for my refund because they called once and stopped they told me that the case is with their legal until they sort out will call me until this last year December I commented on FB they call me asking if they can pay the doctor ,it shocked me because they have a receipt of the doctor that I paid if I didn't paid my name will be in credit bereu now .all I want is my refund they traumatized me with their food but looks like the don't care about customers well being even now I don't buy their food for myself I hate it they asked account number on Wednesday second and no feed back again .never told me what I ate from their lab.
