I want my money back

I bought a cup-a-cake and was not given the cake. Instead they charged me for the damn cake. I called and was advised that I should come and collect it when I do have the time. When I went, they said they will contact me because the McDonald is under me management. Its been around about six months now! And I still do not have my r26 back!
