I want my money

At Daveyton McDonald I made a transaction of R230 on the 25/04/2024 it happens that the first transaction decline. Then I made another one and it went through but as I was waiting for my order I notice that the first transaction also went through. I then went back to the person that was helping me I told her about it and she said that it will reverse within 24 hours if not I should come back with my bank statement and my card. Then I went back after that 24hours to tell them I haven't received my money, I show the manager my statement.

She(shift manager)told me then I must wait for another 24 hours again. I went back on the 27th/04/24 again same story again, I then went back the next day I got someone else which was a shift manager also she told me to come back again the next day 28/04/2024 indeed I did but that day I was told me to go to the bank I was relieved I thought I will get the help I needed. When get there I was told to wait for 4hours it will be resolved.

I went back to the bank on the 02/05/24 I was told to go back to the store to request letter confirming the transaction. When I get there I got a different shift manager the 3th one again. I explained myself again for the third time but that shift manager "He"told me to produce my bank statement and card and I told me it will be sent to the head office and it will be resolved. And he told me that this was supposed to resolved the first day I came. I still have received any form of communication, Now it's been 12 days now I haven't gotten my money back.

What really happening exactly? It seems like I have been taken for granted because of my kindness
