I used self service machine to process
Just experienced bad service at Phillipi Mc Donald’s

11 Mar 2024, 17:34I used self service machine, after completing card payment the machine went to the Home Screen. I proceeded the order again but same thing happened. I enquired with the cashier she said there are no receipts in that machine.
I asked for refund since I paid twice for the same things
The manager said I should bring proof of account and 16 digits and wait for 15 days for my refund. Told her that I will not have time to do that isn’t there any other way that I can get my refund, because it wasn’t my fault that the machine did not produce slips and there was no note that explained that. She said there’s nothing they can do, why don’t I ask the machine that I used for my order.
