I sent my son to McDonald's to buy food. He bought food via drive, though.He swiped my card R397.90, and the transaction went through, but the lady insisted that the transaction didn't go through. He paid again . Later I went to the salon and I realized when I was supposed to pay that I had insufficient funds. I went to McDonald's for a refund, and they are telling me a thousand stories as if it's my fault. I need to pay for my the service rendered at the salon and I can't wait any longer. It's the cashier 's fault. I need a refund for the fuel used and the bank statement
